1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (festivals), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order value:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD for most pin codes.

  • Verification: All COD orders undergo a mandatory WhatsApp/Phone verification. Unverified orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take an unboxing video and contact us at [Email/WhatsApp] within 24 hours. This is mandatory for processing claims since we follow a strict No-Return Policy for non-defective items.
